Dear Family Members of Intrepid Dance Company,
Firstly I want to say a heartfelt thank you for your support over the past days as we prepare for the next steps within Intrepid Dance Company. We have a responsibility to do our part in minimizing the impact
of the Coronavirus throughout our community and the safety of our dance families are our number one priority. Intrepid Dance Company is moving it's spring break week to start tomorrow Monday, March 16th through Sunday, March 22rd and will continue to keep all our families updated on what is happening within the studio. We all know this is uncharted territory and we all face a lot of the unknown right now, but the best way is to stay calm and work together as a family to make things happen.
While this could impact our classes inside the studio, we will continue to deliver the dance experience you know and love at Intrepid Dance Company just in a slightly different way. We are working through a lot of options right now and need your help in working through a few things. Please take a moment to complete our google survey to help us with the upcoming weeks ahead. We value our dance families and want nothing more than to make sure we are providing the best service and opportunity to them during this time.
Now more than ever it's important for your child to have normalcy and routine. The last thing we all want is for our children to play video games and watch television shows and movies all day. We need them to be active, move, use their mind and still interact socially with their peers.
Thanks to technology I am working endlessly to be able to provide you with an online dance experience for your dancer to keep them moving, learning, interacting with their friends and having fun during this time should we need to move classes to this platform.
We have found ourselves in a new normal for the time being and we are committed to continuing to offer you the best customer service and dance experience during this time. We are looking into extending our dance season as well as working to reschedule our recital but will need your understanding and patience as we work through some unknowns at this time. I am also working through options for our competition program as well as our current competitions this month have been postponed. Please allow me time to work through this time as it is a lot for not only our dancers but other dancers and competition across our country right now.
